Meital is an Israeli–American performing artist and creator of HeaLightArt — a unique modality of healing through the arts, where movement, breath, sound, and energy become gateways to alignment and renewal.

A Master of Movement, certified Breathwork and Reiki practitioner, and musician, she has spent over two decades guiding people into embodied healing and conscious transformation. She has facilitated retreats, ceremonies, and private journeys across Miami, Israel, and Costa Rica.

Her facilitation weaves Jewish wisdom and Kabbalistic teachings together with universal principles — Yin & Yang, the chakra system, and somatic practice. The work she holds is precise yet tender: a held space to soften, to remember, and to come home to yourself.
